Why a Free Website?

Havaweb wants to stand out from the average web hosting company.  After all, if we can’t offer our customers something more and something better than other website hosting companies, then why choose us?  That’s why Havaweb decided to offer the FREE website.  Designing custom websites is the fun part of our job.  It gives us a chance to use our imagination.  What does the FREE web site include, you ask?  It includes 3 informational pages.  By informational, it means that your page is static, not interactive – no e-commerce, shopping carts, etc.  Those websites are much more complex and time consuming and can be done for an additional fee.  Your FREE web design includes your pictures (as many as you want), your logo, your content, and an unlimited number of e-mail accounts.  Feel free to check out our FREE website design portfolio.  So, if Havaweb is giving away the web design for FREE, how does this company make money?  There are two ways, really.  One, Havaweb thrives off of the volume of websites that they host.  We get our volume by offering something for FREE.  After all, who isn’t interested in something for FREE?  Two, Havaweb takes pride in making our customers happy.  By that we mean that our designers truly want to give you a custom website that you will fall in love with.  Even after your FREE web site is completed, we ensure your satisfaction with us by providing excellent uptime with prompt and helpful support to you.  By offering this kind of deal and excellent customer service, you will want Havaweb to host your website for years to come.

Website Design Process

The website design process is relatively simple for the customer.  Your first step is to register a domain name.  Figure out what you would like your domain name to be.  To see what domains are available, click on the FREE website button at the top of the page.  Try out several domain names to see which you like best.  If you choose a .com or a .net domain name, we will buy that domain name for you for the first year (regularly $10/year).  If you can’t decide on just one and want to register 2 or 3 domain names…no problem.  Havaweb will buy your first domain name, you buy the others, and we will link your FREE website to each of your domain names.  The next step is to sign up for your FREE website.  Just ‘click to continue’ after you have chosen your domain name and follow the steps.  Need help?  There are signup instructions located in our help menu OR just give us a call 928-505-TECH.  One of our sales representatives would be happy to walk you through it.  After you have completed the sign up process, go back to the Havaweb home page.  At the middle of the page is a link for you to give us information that will help us design your FREE website.  Once you have completed the form, submit it to us and send your logo and all pictures to the email address provided on the bottom of the form.  Once Havaweb has all of our information, it is passed on to one of our professional designers.  Your website designer may call you if they need more information.  Once it is designed, your FREE web design is passed on to a secondary designer to double check spelling and grammar and to test the links and contact form. Following this phase, you will be contacted to see if there are any final adjustments that need to be made.  Typcially, you will see your website design approximately 1 week from the date your submit all of your information.  However, we can not guarantee this as it is dependent on our volume of new customers at the time you signed up.  Minor adjustments to your FREE web site are included at no charge for up to 2 weeks after your have been contacted to see your new FREE custom website.

Website Hosting

Website hosting is our business.  The FREE web site design is your incentive to host a website with Havaweb.  Most of our customers go with the basic web site hosting package.  This package is only $9.95/month or $115/year.  This hosting package is all you need if you go with the FREE website.  However, the basic web site hosting package may not be enough if your business has several websites or one very large website.  That would require the use of more bandwidth, thus requiring a larger hosting package.  Click on the hosting packages link at the top of the page to see the prices of our larger website hosting packages.
